By enrolling in the GFB Program, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth below. 3. Program Scope

The GFB Program aims to provide participants with knowledge, practical experience, and mentorship in finance-related domains. As part of the program, participants may engage with various NGOs and other third-party organizations during internships or practical projects.

4. Liability and Disclaimers

4.1 Limitation of Liability
While the GFB Program strives to ensure a valuable and smooth experience for all participants, we will not be held liable for any disputes, losses, or discrepancies arising due to:

  • Third-party organizations (e.g., NGOs) during internship placements or projects.

  • Misinformation or miscommunication provided by third parties.

  • Actions or inactions of participants that violate the guidelines set forth by either the GFB Program or the hosting organizations.

4.2 Exclusion of Liability for External Factors
In cases where disputes or discrepancies arise from external factors, such as project-related issues caused by NGOs or other third-party organizations, or incidents involving participant misconduct, the GFB Program will not be held responsible unless the error or issue is directly attributable to negligence or misconduct by the GFB Program.

5. Participant Conduct

5.1 Student Misdemeanors
The GFB Program expects all participants to adhere to a high standard of professional conduct. Any participant found guilty of misconduct, unethical behavior, or actions that violate the policies of partnering organizations will be solely responsible for their actions. The GFB Program reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including expulsion from the program, in cases of serious violations.

5.2 Compliance with Third-Party Guidelines
Participants are required to comply with all rules and regulations laid down by third-party organizations during internships and practical projects. Any failure to comply with such guidelines will not be the responsibility of the GFB Program.

6. Dispute Resolution

6.1 In the Event of Discrepancies
In cases where discrepancies or disputes arise from genuine mistakes or misunderstandings, the GFB Program will make reasonable efforts to rectify the situation. This includes addressing errors in project assignments, mentor communication, and other program-related activities. The benefit of doubt will be given to the GFB Program in cases where the issue is not directly attributable to our actions or decisions.

6.2 Limitation of Liability in Disputes
The GFB Program will not be liable for disputes caused by external factors beyond our control, such as misunderstandings or discrepancies between participants and third-party organizations, or due to actions of NGOs. Any dispute that is directly related to the fault of the GFB Program will be addressed in good faith, and appropriate remedial measures will be taken.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and intellectual property provided by the GFB Program are proprietary to Genpreneur Technologies Pvt Ltd. Participants may not copy, share, or distribute program materials without explicit written permission from the GFB Program.

8. Privacy Policy

The GFB Program is committed to safeguarding the privacy of participants. Personal data collected during the program will be used only for administrative purposes and will not be shared with third parties without the participant's consent, except as required by law.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The GFB Program reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants through official channels. Continued participation in the program following any updates to the terms signifies acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
